West Cork Single Malt Rum Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is part of a new five bottle family of single malts from West Cork Distillers. This is patiently matured in first-fill bourbon casks & finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks. Bottled at 43%, non-chill filtered and no added colour.

Sherry, Virgin Oak, Calvados and Port make up the four other cask finishes from this series.
