Tropical Peaty Pineapple

A tropical burst of tangy flavours. Sweet, Sour and Smokey

1. Ingredients

  • 50ml Glengarriff Peat Charred Single Malt
  • 120ml Pineapple Juice
  • 35ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 Bar spoons Ruby Port
  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • Garnish of Pineapple leaves

2. Method

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake well.
  • Fine strain into a highball glass over cubed ice.
  • Add two pineapple leaves for garnish and serve.
