West Cork Ginger Mule Whiskey Cocktail

Refreshingly minty with a sweet and herbal spice

1. Ingredients

  • 50ml West Cork Black Cask Blended Whiskey
  • 35ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 30ml Soda Water
  • 20ml Homemade Ginger Syrup
  • 15ml Amaro
  • 4 Leaves Mint Leaves
  • Lime Wedges (For Garnish)

2. Method

  • Muddle mint and lime wedge into a highball glass and add ingredients.
  • Fill the highball with crushed ice and mix with a bar spoon.
  • Top up with soda and float amaro over the top.
  • Add Lime wedges and mint sprig for Garnish.
